Directions: Located in scenic Southern Maryland, in historic St. Mary's County, 10 miles south of St. Clements' Island and 10 miles north of historic St. Mary's City.
By land: From the DC Beltway, take Route 5 South through Waldorf and Leonardtown to Route 249 at |

Calloway. Turn right onto Route 249 South and continue 6 miles to Tall Timbers Marina sign on right. Approx. 1 miles turn right onto Herring Creek Road. Follow to the end.
From Baltimore: take I-97 South towards Annapolis. At I-97 and Route 301 junction, take Route 301 towards Waldorf. In Waldorf take Route 5 South towards Leonardtown and continue with directions above to the marina.
By Sea: From Annapolis, proceed south towards Solomon's Island. On Herring Creek, 20 miles south of Route 301 Bridge. 12 miles North of Pt. Lookout. From Ragged Point Lighthouse, set a course of 060 degrees.
