Ships Log April 2008
With the weather beginning to warm up and the fishing seasons opening, Tall Timbers Marina and the Reluctant Navigator Restaurant is open in full swing. We welcomed both new and old friends back to the marina during our St. Patrick’s Day celebration. Great music was played by Mason Sebastian who had the whole place singing and dancing to classic Irish gigs.
This season brings new food to the menu brought you by Chef Keith and his two new assistant cooks. We now offer a pick two (sandwich, soup, and/or salad), three new dinner salads, a light fare menu, and of course your old favorites are still available.
As well as having two new cooks, we welcome two new bartenders to our staff. Spike, who has been itching to bartend for years now, is finally 21 and will be stationed behind the bar after college is out for the summer. His long time buddy, Chad will also be mixing your drink this season. Supervising this two newbies are veteran bartenders Melissa and Abby, who have finally managed to kick their old man out from behind “their” bar!
We have so much planned for this year and we really hope that you can join us. Memorial Day weekend will kick off the “true” boating season and we are filling up fast, so call to make your reservations!
